What exactly is mentoring? Essentially its informal training done on an individual or small group basis. I will customize a training program to get your staff up to speed on most any SQL Server topic.
In most cases, your staff will already be familiar with some aspects of SQL Server, and won't need to cover what they already know again. My goal is to identify those areas where your staff needs additional training, and provide that specific training so no training time or money is wasted.
